Options for Paleo, Keto, Zone, Gluten Free, Allergy, Diabetic, Pescatarian, Vegetarian, Vegan, Raw, Lactose Intolerant, medical concerns and food sensitivities or allergies are available. Other dietary and menu requests are always welcome. All meals are custom made to your unique specifications.
Meals consist of 1 entree, 1 vegetable and 1 side. Generally 400 calories: 40% carbohydrates/30% protein/30% fat - a very balanced meal.
This includes 4-6 ounces lean protein, 1-2 cup vegetables and 1/2 cup side per serving. Other macrobiotic options and portion sizes are available.
Food is prepared on-site with no need to worry about pickup, delivery, freshness, cross-contact and contamination, or questionable cooking practices.
